HIGH DYNAMIC RANGE (HDR)--
Before knowing what is HDR we should know what DR means i.e DYNAMIC RANGE.
1. DYNAMIC RANGE (DR) --Just for example If a person is standing near a House which is situated opposite to sun rise, then at the time of sun rise the shadow of house will fall on the person.Under this circumstances if a photo of that person will be clicked , then the photo will be blurred or worst as the high backlight (due to sun) will show over-lightening and the shadow of house will show over darkness on that photo.
To omit this problem a new technology is introduced i.e. HDR- high dynamic range.
2. HIGH DYNAMIC RANGE (HDR) -- IF the HDR is ON. then the camera will take 3 pics in asingle click i.e. first- normal photo, second- at high exposure/high brightness, third--at low exposure/low brightness. After these actions using software the HDR will deliver a combine action of above 3 pics.
WHEN we should use HDR--
We should use HDR when there is a problem of focus in two lights i.e lightening or dark condition.
WHEN we should not use HDR--
We should not use HDR,when the object is in moving condition pics ( like of movies) or when we are in moving condition (in cars or bikes).Because the 3 pics should be same with respect to time(not moving condition), In low lights also HDR may not give the best photos.
THANK YOU
